As buyers from out of state, we enjoyed all-around superb service represented by the Sagrillo Group–Cameo Martine-Stern and Dustin Sagrillo. They were completely efficient and respectful of our limited time, zeroing in on exactly the type of property we were seeking. We never had to waste time “shopping” among listings because they invested time with us early (on a zoom call) simply finding out about us and our wish list. It paid off because within 10 days they expertly achieved two accepted offers for us, and then untangled us from the first offer to close on the property we really wanted. During it all, Cameo and Dustin made us feel we were their “only” clients; they were readily available to us, on our schedule and at our convenience. They did not disappear after closing either, and are sharing their bountiful network of local service providers to assist us with taking ownership and the move. I bought a house in Boulder, CO on 03/28/18. At this time I was moving from Gainesville, FL to CO for a job and discovering that the housing market in CO was ridiculously expensive in comparison with FL. I searched for realtors online and came across Dustin’s. I gave him a cold call to tell him what I was looking for and get his thoughts. On our first call, we had a 45min+ conversation where he gave me his professional and personal thoughts on the front-range area including Louisville, Lafayette, Boulder, and Eerie.

My fiancé and I were looking at homes in Eerie initially to be in our price range. However, all were extremely large for two people. Furthermore, after telling Dustin I wanted this home to be a good investment as well as a place to live, he educated me about the building plans in Erie, Boulder, and Louisville as well as the real estate laws and growth in each area and changed my opinion.

We ended up looking at anywhere from 3,000+ ft2 houses in Eerie to small apartments in Boulder and Dustin was giving skype tours and supporting us every step of the way.

He eventually helped us close on a great deal on our dream home (accepted offer $14K under asking despite seller resistance). He supported us in all aspects of choosing and never pressured us. I have had three realtors down and Dustin is hands down the best I’ve had. In summary: five stars in 1) knowledgeable of area 2) Understanding and not pushy while giving appropriate advice and 3) negotiation acumen. As a bonus, he is very pleasant as a person too.

Dreams do come true. It sounds corny but it’s proven to be true for us and our experience with Dustin and his team. We took our first steps to homeownership 7 years ago with the assistance of Dustin guiding us along the way helping us to secure a home in a location we thought we could never afford (the home had 14 back up offers two of them all cash for more than we were offering). He assured us that with a little patience and trust we could live where we truly wanted to. After securing our dream location in downtown Louisville for our first home little did we know that dream location would change for us once again after the arrival of our two children.
